ADP is hiring a Senior Data Scientist
In this role, as a data scientist in the People Analytics & Insights team at ADP, you will work to increase data driven insights to assist our leaders in making better people decisions to add value through improved business outcomes or a better associate experience.
This role is ideal for an individual with a solid foundation in machine learning, programming, and AI, as well as a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. You will be solving complex data problems with a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers and talent management experts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Senior Data Scientist at ADP.
Advanced degree (OR equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a machine learning /data science role.
