About the Role:

 We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and operational excellence of our critical business product. This role is deeply focused on SRE principles, leveraging DevOps practices to reduce operational toil and enhance system stability.

You will support a predominantly Windows-based enterprise environment while actively contributing to our ongoing AWS cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Reliability & Operations:

• Own and drive the production reliability, availability, and performance of the product.
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and operational KPIs.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Enhance system stability through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring.
• Champion efforts to reduce operational toil and manual interventions.

Automation DevOps & Tooling :

• Automate operational and reliability tasks to improve efficiency.
• Utilize and maintain DevOps tools to support reliable operations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to enhance release reliability, observability, and operational readiness.

Platform & Infrastructure:

• Operate and maintain a Windows Server–based environment.
• Provision and manage the product’s infrastructure environment.
• Act as the guardian of application security by implementing best practices.

Cloud & Migration:

• Contribute to the AWS migration strategy and execution for the product.
• Support the migration of workloads from on-premises infrastructure to AWS.
• Apply SRE principles within cloud environments to improve resilience and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior DEVOPS , Site Reliability Engineer or senior infrastructure engineer with a strong SRE mindset.
• Extensive experience managing Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency with Citrix (application publishing and access management).
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server operations.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Shell, and Python.
• Solid automation and DevOps skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident response, and production support capabilities.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms.
• Comfortable working in English within an international environment.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to take initiative.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, storage, and monitoring.
• Previous involvement in cloud migration projects.
• Experience operating BizTalk in production environments.
• Familiarity with SRE practices such as error budgets, capacity planning, and reliability reviews.
