Global Readiness Coordinator

Role Objective:
ADP Celergo is seeking an experienced Global Readiness Coordinator with a strong background in project management and change management, as well as client-facing experience. This role will support business readiness and transformation activities under a key strategic project.
The Global Readiness Coordinator will primarily be responsible for change management activities to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of a complex project. This includes facilitating proper training for end-users to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to navigate the application, execute configurations, and understand the support model and processes. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the ADP Celergo Cross-Functional Team, focusing on business readiness activities to prepare the organization and clients for product adoption and the evolution of the new ADP Celergo platform. Additionally, the Coordinator will work closely with Outcome Base Teams (OBTs) within ADP Celergo, emphasizing the end-to-end client adoption journey.
Key Responsibilities:
– Gather and prioritize client service and success requirements based on business value and post-discovery sessions.
– Execute business readiness planning, documentation, onboarding, communication, and monitoring.
– Carry out readiness activities, ensuring that internal project resources, customers, stakeholders, and third parties are prepared to implement, navigate, and adopt the new platform for payroll processes from go-live through product evolution.
– Create and maintain project artifacts regarding gaps, limitations, workarounds, and change requests resulting from product deployment for incorporation into the product roadmap.
– Collaborate with internal resources and key clients in hosting preparation sessions, guided sessions, hyper-care, and feedback sessions.
– Capture feedback and coordinate with stakeholders to inform future changes or defect fixes identified in production, including input from clients, partners, and internal teams.
– Perform analysis activities to define the required system functionality specifications to meet client configuration needs.
– Work with the Business Transformation Team Manager to identify risks and opportunities.
– Oversee change management activities, including documenting standard operating procedures, hosting training sessions, conducting associate Q&A and awareness sessions, 1:1 workshops, and creating FAQs.
– Collaborate with learning resources to develop training tools and a learning catalog.
– Maintain content and communicate changes through appropriate channels, intranet sites, and central document libraries to reinforce understanding and adoption across the ADP Celergo organization.
– Design and deliver presentations and training to diverse audiences, including senior management, administrative staff, technical and non-technical personnel, and clients.
– Prepare communication packs for associates, partners, and clients.
– Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal business and function leaders.

– Experienced project manager.

– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to research, troubleshoot, and resolve client system/process issues.
– Focus on process improvement and a solution-driven approach.
– Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects of varying complexities and scopes is highly desired.

– Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
