In this role, you will drive governance across technology initiatives, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate risk assessments, manage compliance controls, and maintain auditable evidence across teams and systems. You will establish and monitor performance KPIs, implement continuous improvement routines, and escalate deviations with clear remediation plans. Partnering with managing, engineering, product, and security, you will align roadmaps to enterprise standards, enforce change management, and verify operational readiness. You will communicate clearly, challenge constructively, prioritize effectively, and act with ownership to remove obstacles and deliver outcomes with integrity and transparency. To thrive, you must understand enterprise governance, compliance operations, data protection, and performance management in agile environments. Experience implementing controls, audits, KPIs, and risk mitigation across multiple teams is essential. Ideally, you have participated in governance programs from design to steady-state and improved compliance and performance at scale. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
· Communications. You are the primary point of contact across management, technical owners, and team members. Tailor updates by audience—executive summaries and decisions for leadership; technical risks, dependencies, and action items for responsible engineers; milestones, KPIs, and next steps for delivery teams. Maintain a regular cadence (dashboards, status reports), log decisions and risks, and escalate blockers promptly.
· Organization. As a project manager, you are very organized, and you keep everyone on task. Is a meeting going off-topic? You’ll pull the team back to the agenda. Scope creeping? You’ll stay on top of the schedule, remove barriers, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
· Variety of tasks. There is no typical day. You could coach a teammate, deliver a status update to executives in other departments. You will manage many competing priorities, so a fast pace should not scare you. You pride yourself on having flexibility and agility and can change directions without a second thought.
· Servant Leadership. Your job is to help everyone else work better. What tasks or issues can you handle so the unit can keep working? What barriers can you remove?
· Experience. You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
· You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
