Als HR Business Partner ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde zaken binnen 2 van onze Nederlandse business units. Je zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen strategische bedrijfsdoelstellingen en onze medewerkers. Daarnaast ondersteun je het management bij verandermanagement, talentontwikkeling en teamverbetering.
