LeLe consultant RH est chargé de la gestion d’un portefeuille de clients RH équipés de modules/composants RH en binôme avec des consultants SIRH.
Il coordonne et partage les informations avec l’ensemble des acteurs ADP, en particulier les services clients pour appréhender avec le consultant SIRH, les impacts des paramétrages sur les modules, donner un retour lié aux réunions animées auprès de son client.
Missions principales:
- Conseiller, accompagner l’ensemble des clients de son portefeuille Accompagner le client en termes d’assistance et de conseil
- Participer à des projets de notoriété RH en interne et en externes
- Réaliser des prestations d’accompagnement RH complémentaires
Profil:
- Niveau Bac + 5 en RH
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la fonction RH ou dans le Conseil RH en entreprise

- Compétences métier :
- Bonne connaissance du monde de l’entreprise, de son organisation et de l’ensemble de ses métiers,
- Forte culture ressources humaines
- Maîtrise de l’ensemble des pratiques/processus RH de l’entreprise
- Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs exerçant des fonctions de haut niveau
- Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des techniques de diagnostic d’une situation et de la gestion de projets
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- Savoir-être :
- Sens de l’organisation et des priorités
- Bonnes qualités relationnelles
- Capacités à travailler en équipe et en mode projet
- Rigueur
