En tant que consultant en rapports, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les membres de l’équipe interne pour créer des rapports importants qui répondent aux besoins commerciaux de nos clients. Ce rôle implique que vous utilisiez vos compétences analytiques, que vous collaboriez avec d’autres personnes, que vous gériez bien votre temps et que vous assumiez la responsabilité de votre travail.
Chaque jour, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les clients pour découvrir leurs besoins professionnels et les aider à trouver les meilleures solutions pour répondre à leurs exigences spécifiques.
Pour réussir dans ce travail, vous devez être à l’aise dans un environnement où les résultats sont importants. Vous êtes enthousiaste à l’idée d’apprendre de nouvelles choses et vous supportez facilement les changements. Tu as de bonnes relations avec les clients, tu les mets en confiance et tu fais preuve de professionnalisme. CE QUE VOUS FEREZ: Responsabilités
Ce à quoi ressemble une journée habituelle:
• Traitement des appels. Chaque jour, vous utiliserez les meilleures pratiques pour traiter les appels afin de fournir un excellent service.
• Agir en tant qu’expert(e) en la matière. Vous répondrez aux demandes des équipes internes et des clients externes en utilisant les produits ADP Reporting.
• Gestion du temps. Vous veillerez à respecter le calendrier défini par le service de gestion du personnel et à atteindre les objectifs fixés par l’unité opérationnelle en matière d’appels.
• Établir et entretenir des relations. Vous gérerez des relations solides et saines avec les clients et les partenaires internes en veillant à ce que les attentes soient clairement définies et satisfaites.
• Collaborer. Travaillez avec nos équipes de support interne pour aider à résoudre les demandes des clients.
• Organiser. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des demandes des clients dans notre système de gestion des dossiers (CEH/SIEBEL).
• Apprendre. Vous serez soutenu dans le maintien de vos connaissances et de votre maîtrise des produits de rapports et d’analyse.
POUR RÉUSSIR DANS LE CADRE DE CE RÔLE : Exigences obligatoires
• Bilingue français-anglais.
• Expérience confirmée dans la fourniture d’un service de qualité supérieure à la clientèle.
• Excellentes aptitudes à la gestion du temps.
• Aptitude à apprendre de nouvelles applications logicielles.
• Solides compétences en matière d’influence, de relations interpersonnelles et d’organisation.
• Un grand souci du détail.
• Forte communication en francais et en anglais – écrite et orale.
* Candidats au Québec : bien que le français soit obligatoire pour les postes au Québec, l’utilisation de l’anglais est également requise en raison de la nature mondiale de l’entreprise et du besoin d’interaction avec le siège social et les sites internationaux d’ADP.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
• Call handling. Every day, you’ll use best practices for handling calls to provide excellent service.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert. You’ll address requests from both internal teams and external clients using ADP Reporting products.
• Time Management. You will ensure adherence to the schedule outlined by Workforce Management and meet the established call metrics set forth by the business unit.
• Build and maintain relationships. You’ll manage strong, healthy relationships with clients and internal partners ensuring that expectations are clearly defined and met.
• Collaborate. Work together with our internal support teams to help solve client requests.
• Organize. You will be responsible for maintaining client requests within our record management system (CEH/SIEBEL).
• Learn. You will be supported in maintaining your knowledge and proficiency in Reporting and Analytics products
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
• Bilingual – French and English.
• Proven track record for delivering superior customer service.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Aptitude to learn new software applications.
• Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong bilingual communication in both French and English – written and oral.
*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.
