Responsable des Opérations H/F
Dans le cadre de notre engagement de service, vos principales missions seront de :
De formation supérieure Bac+4/5, vous disposez d’une expérience minimum de 5ans dans un poste similaire. Votre expérience vous a permis de développer une expertise sur la paie, le déclaratif, la RH et de leurs enjeux au sein d’une société. Vous connaissez le métier de gestionnaires de paie ainsi que ses composantes techniques et relationnels. Vous maitrisez Pack Office et possédez un niveau d’anglais courant.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités à animer et développer une équipe (motiver, suivre, responsabiliser, développer, recadrer), à insuffler un esprit d’équipe tout en organisant le travail et les priorités d’une équipe, à créer des processus et à les déployer et à imaginer des solutions innovantes.
Vous possédez un excellent relationnel et un grand sens de l’écoute Vous possédez également un grand sens de la relation Client et savez faire preuve de persévérance, capacité à organiser et travailler sous contraintes, autonomie et prise d’initiatives.
