Poste Basé à Nanterre (92)
Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines d’ADP en France, sur un périmètre de 300 collaborateurs, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Porter la Stratégie RH de l’entreprise sur votre périmètre, mettre tout en œuvre pour la décliner et la piloter auprès des managers opérationnels,
- Conseiller les managers dans la gestion de leurs collaborateurs et les accompagner au quotidien,
- Veiller à l’application des règles de vie de l’entreprise et être le garant de l’application de la législation sociale,
- Décliner les politiques RH : intégration, mobilité, formation et développement, gestion de la performance et des plans de succession, rémunération, …
- Piloter, participer et mettre en œuvre des projets RH transversaux,
- Gérer les contentieux prudhommaux,
Diplômé(e) d’un Master RH (ESC, Université), vous disposez d’une expérience minimum de 5 ans sur un poste similaire et d’une bonne connaissance de l’environnement international, si possible au sein d’une structure matricielle.
Vous êtes force de proposition et apportez un soutien et un conseil quotidien aux managers, français et internationaux. Vous maitrisez le droit social et les pratiques RH. Vous aimez travailler en équipe, vous faites preuve d’une capacité d’adaptation au changement et à l’innovation
Votre disponibilité, votre écoute et votre sens du conseil font de vous un interlocuteur privilégié. La maitrise de l’anglais est indispensable pour ce poste.
